Sierra Nevada Ranch


Sierra Nevada Ranch, welcome to our little corner of the world. Our show quality alpacas and angoras produce gorgeous fleeces, which we then harvest and use to produce quality yarns and other products. These are either spun by a mill or handspun by us, Anita and Cortni.  Our mother daughter team has been fascinated with the fibers from these gorgeous creatures, we welcome you and hope you enjoy our site.

Our little ranch isn't just about raising, showing and selling livestock.  It's about a way of life that we love to share with animals.  We love to spend time and care for our animals as well.  We love the lifestyle of being in the country, just outside of town, where we are on the edge of Butte Creek so we can enjoy walks along the creek, we love to work in our garden or just sit on the porch and enjoy the view of the Sierra Nevada's.  It's absolutely more work than sometimes we can handle, but it's a labor of love.

 
Meet Newman one of our gorgeous Angora Bucks, with a gorgeous silver/black fleece with outstanding luster, a fine handle and baby blue eyes, we are anxious for his kids next spring.
